I had to replace a Fasco made inducer motor and couldn't find it online, and no one in my area sells gas furnace parts to everyday consumers (just retailers and contractors). Based on the part # of the Facso and the picture on the McComb site I was able to easily match things up and make sure I was getting a replacement that would work. And they got the part shipped out same day, as advertised (I ordered earlier in the day). New motor works great.

This part was a perfect match to the one in my furnace. All bolts and wiring harnesses matched up exactly and the unit fired up right away after swapping out the part. It took a total of about 20 minutes to remove the old one and get the new one in. I'm very happy with the speed of delivery and (so far) the quality of this part. I CHOSE UPS GROUND SHIPPING. ITEM ARRIVED IN 4 T0 5 DAYS. EVERYTHING NEEDED WAS INCLUDED IN THE BOX. TOOLS I USED WERE, 1/4 in. Nut Driver and Pliers. Took about 30 mins which included vacuuming out that part of the furnace. Was also explaining everything and allowing my 15 year old son to assist.

I tend to be a fairly handy guy, so when my furnace stopped running, I went through some tests to see why it was not working. This exhaust blower has built in bearings that seem to have a 10 year life. Essentially the motor couldn't overcome the bad bearings anymore. It happens that the seals also have something less than a 10 year life. This blower comes ready to plug in to a quick connect, but also an extra pig tail in case you have a different one. As a bonus, it also has new input and output seals. I was very pleased on the package of the extra parts being I didn't know how I was going to find the inner seal to even order one or just let it continue to leak a little condensate. I'm also very happy with the shipping time to get my blower. Of course I wish it was faster, but they got it shipped the next day being I didn't get the order in until very late afternoon. I'll certainly keep McComb's in my favorites for my next furnace needs.
