COMBO3 Dryer Motor (279787) and Blower Wheel (697772) Kit

Motor Specifications:

  • This Motor 279787 has 1-1/4" shaft on the pulley side (pulley included) & 1-5/8" shaft on the Blower side, blower side shaft is threaded, Left hand Threads
  • Terminals for older installations (broken belt switch) are not included
  • Motor installation Instructions are not included, they can be emailed upon request
  • The Blower Wheel 697772 measures 7-1/2" Diameter & Screws on to the motor shaft with left handed threads
  • This Wheel is for "DOTT" Models with the lint screen mounted in front of the dryer, not on top
  • Blower is located in the front of the dryer

    Before ordering, I called to let them know my unit was engineered with a broken belt switch and asked some questions. My kit came with instructions on how to rewire the motor for the broken belt switch. It also came with the necessary wires with adaptor plugs and wire nut to make it very easy. It took about five mins to put the wiring together using the supplied instructions and analyzing the old motor wiring setup. Thank you McCombs for a pain free, fast ship on this repair job! I'll be doing business in the future.
