    I purchased the product, and on the 1st business day, following the purchase I saw it shipped with the tracking number provided. I replaced the broken part with the new one by myself.     I know nothing about ovens. Mine was taking hours to preheat to 350, couldn’t get to 400. I replaced the old igniter by matching part numbers with this one. Now my oven works. It heats up in 15 min and gets to all the asked temps.
