Try the Xpress Seal 1.5 to 5 ton Starter Kit (part no. XPS-5TK). With Vapco's CO2 direct inject system, no need for: Pumping down R-410 A units; manifold gauges; injection hose or caulk gun. You will get 12-plus injections per CO2 cartridge.                                                                                                                                                                           

For use in AC systems,try Vapco HVAC Xpress Refrigerant Sealant up to 1.5 ton XPS-SS.

Xpress Seals ultra-concentrated formula will permanently seal small holes located in A/C condensers, evaporators, fittings and metal line sets. 

This sealant is perfect for split systgem heat pumps, micochannel coils, packaged units and mini splits. Xpress Seal is compatible with all refrigerants except ammonia.

Xpress is an epoxy that reacts to water and air when coming in contact with the atmosphere where it is leaking. 

If the system stays charged for one day when running, Xpress Seal will fix most leaks.

An alternative to pulling a vacuum is to use Vapco's direct inject Xpress Seal Dry (part no. XPS-DRY) and turn the moisture into synthetic oil that mixes with the existing oil in the system. 

This should be used prior to injecting Xpress into the system to insure all of the moisture has been removed. This will prevent Xpress Seal from reacting inside your system. 

Xpress Seal Dry is used whenever there is a concern that there is moisture in the system and now it is easier to add than ever with the first ever direct inject CO2 gun (part no. XPS-INJ) and Xpress Seal Dry injector tube (part no. XPS-HOSE).

Is It Safe?

From a safety stand point, Xpress Seal does not contain chemicals that can cause permanent blindness. Also, the direct inject tubes are designed with safety in mind. There are check valves inside the tubes to prevent accidental release if hooked up incorrectly or over pressured.
