What is Everpure?
Everpure is one of the most trusted and recognized brands in the food industry. The Everpure filtration systems protect the
water in food service operations worldwide.
The Everpure website has information and tips.

The Everpure water filter kits and cartrides for cold beverages equipment allow you to keep your filtration systems working like new.
EC-110 Prefilter care (part number 4621-41).
The EC-110 is a 10 micron nominal filtration cartridge for filtering out larger dirt and rust particles, extending the life of primary filters. For use in the E-10 and E-20 housings as well as other 10˝ and 20˝ housings.
Wait, let's go back a step.
What is a micron? A micron is a size, a unit of length equal to one millionth of a meter, used in many technological and scientific fields. The smaller the micron number the better the filter protection.
The average size of the openings between pieces of the filter media are represented in microns.
For example, a 20-micron filter has larger openings than a 5-micron filter. This means the 20-micron filter element will let larger particles pass through the filter than the 5-micron.
For taste and odor, chlorine reduction, the Nu-Plus 7CB5-S (part No. 4621-30), is a problem solving
cartridge for high particulate or low flow water pressure areas .
The carbon block filter finely polishes the water allowing for high quality beverage and food applications.
It has scale control and reduces chlorine taste and odor and other offensive contaminants. It also reduces particulate to 5 microns.
You want your soda (or pop) to taste better?
Get the Nu-Plus MC2 (part No. 4621-20).
The MC2 reduces chlorine taste and odor and other offensive contaminants that adversely
affect the taste of fountain beverages.
It improves the taste of fountain beverages and helps retain the drink's carbonation. The
4621-20 also reduces possible health risks such as asbestos fibers and cryptosporiduim
and giardia cysts.
Want to control odors and prevent overflows?
Pan-Treat (part No. 4296-60) condensate tablets control odors and can prevent overflows from plugged condensate drain lines.
They can also be used on humidifiers.
Pan-Treat is extremely easy to use, and is safe, non-corrosive, non-toxic and biodegradable. The product is completely soluble in water and it does not form any deposits in the pan or drain.
Left untreated, condensate pans can suffer from the build-up of
sludge, scum and other accumulations. This build-up can cause odors as
well as plugged drains and overflows, which in turn result in water
damage.
Pan-Treat is formulated with ingredients proven effective in
cleaning and preventing these deposits, and its use will eliminate the
extra maintenance costs associated with odors, plugged drains and
overflows.
The product is completely soluble in water and it does not form any deposits in the pan or drain.
For subsequent treatment or clean condensate pans, use one Pan-Treat tablet per ton each month.
Position the tablets away from the drain and where they will achieve maximum contact with dripping condensate. This will assure more complete cleaning action and treatment.
For larger systems, where the use of many tablets may be impractical, us N-Calgon's PanPads condensate pan product.
Directions for Use
Condensate Pans:
If the pan is noticeably fouled, it can
be cleaned by using two or more Pan-Treat tablets per
ton of system capacity. Repeat until system is clean. For
subsequent treatment or clean condensate pans, use
one Pan-Treat tablet per ton each month. Position the
tablets away from the drain and where they will achieve
maximum contact with dripping condensate. This will
assure more complete cleaning action and treatment. For
larger systems, where the use of many tablets may be
impractical, use Nu-Calgon’s PanPads® condensate pan
products.
Humidifiers:
Pan-Treat tablets can be used to condition
humidifier water in order to prevent odors and deposit
build-up. Use 2-4 tablets every four to six weeks as
needed. Clean and rinse out the humidifier’s reservoir on
a regular basis.
Packaging Size: 1 bottle (200 tablets).

Evap Foam will liquefy dirt, grease, oil, and other residues quickly and easily. The aerosol product can be sprayed either right side up or upside down, and is ideal for use on most coils, but particularly suited for cooling or evaporator coils.
The products's fast breaking foam is completely self-rinsing. Spray Evap Foam on the coil and the foam will wash the emulsified matter off.
This is NSF registered for use as a coil cleaner in and around food processing areas, and helps leave the area deodorized with a pleasant lemon scent.
Since it is fortified with corrosion inhibitors, it is safe for use on metals and other materials.
Directions: Spray Evap Foam on the coil and the foam will wash the emulsified matter off.
Turn off or disconnect power to unit being serviced, and remove any heavy or matted soils first. Shake well. Remove cap and point toward surface to be cleaned.
Thoroughly saturate the targeted area with product.
Be sure foam evenly covers the entire surface. With this self-rinsing formula, the foam will break and condensation will completely rinse the emulsified material.
You may wipe clean or rinse with water, if using on non-condensation producing coils. For extremely stubborn or heavy deposits, repeat applications may be necessary. Turn on or return power to the unit.
Coffee, anyone?
The BH2 Ice/Coffee cartridge (part no. 4621-12) provides clear, fresh, premium quality ingredient water for consistently great tasting coffee and beverages.
Proportioned scale inhibitor feed dramatically prevents limescale from forming in brewing equipment.
Saves energy by reducing scale build-up.
Sanitary cartridge replacement is simple, quick and clean. The BH2 reduces health contaminants like asbestos fibers and Cryptosporidium and Giardia cysts.
Everpure's unique filter blend uses activate carbon reducing chlorine taste and odor and other
offensive contaminants. Precoat submicron technology reduces dirt and particles as small as 1/2 micron in size.
New and improved Micro-Pure II media with AgION™ antimicrobial protection inhibits any potential bacterial growth.
Find Your Gas Leak
Looking to fix that gas leak? The Gas Leak Detector, Fluorescent 12x QT(Part No. 4184-24) will do the job. Not only does it detect the smallest leak, it also provides other benefits. It’s high viscosity formula enables it to remain in contact with the applied surface for an extended period of time, thereby allowing the smallest of leaks to be detected.
NOTE:
McCombs Supply Distributes the complete line of nu-calgon products including gallon sized coil cleaners and degreasers.
Although some products may not found on out web site due to shipping restrictions, all Nu-Calgon products can be picked up locally at our warehouse at 346 N. Marshall St., Lancaster, Pennsylvania 17602.

What is Nu-Calgon?

Yep. Same company.
No? Too young? Or need your memory refreshed? Here is a video with the old commercial from the 1970s.
So the same group that sells the bath products, supplies your water filtration, HAVACR cleaning needs.
Nu-Calgon chemical products -- coil cleaners, refrigeration oils, descales and specialty applications -- go largely unnoticed and unseen. For those in the HVACR and restaurant business Nu-Calgon is an indispensable part of the business.
A premier company of HVACR chemicals, Nu-Calgon is a spin off of Calgon to better serve the HVAC-R business.
The Calgon brand became a houshold name by virtue of its bathroom (Calgonite) and bath (Calgon) products (see above video). In the 1930s the company entered into the air conditioning business.
