Customer Q&A with Steve: Samsung Suspension Rods
Hey everyone, it's Steve from McCombs Supply. I'm back this week with a Q&A, and this week we're going to talk about suspension rods, specifically Samsung suspension rods.
So this past week I got an email from a customer. She purchased some Samsung suspension rods from us. What she started was doing a Google search. It came up with the suspension rods, but it didn't come out with the correct result because when you search on Google, it's a keyword search. So things like suspension rod will pull up any result with a Samsung suspension rod.
So while we were discussing back and forth, I asked for the model number of the Samsung washer. This is important because then we can look into the model and decide which suspension rods are needed.
As you can see from here, Samsung has a ton of different suspension rods. It almost seems like for every model number they come out with, they're coming out with new rods. So what we do is we search for the model number and we find what rods they need, and then we look in our database to see if we have what she needs.
So if your washer is really tumbling hard or it's still soaking wet after the wash is done, it might be time to replace your suspension rods.
