Attic Motor and Fan Blade Kit

Fits Most Attic Ventilators for 1050 CFM and 1200 CFM.

Fits Broan Models 345, 348, 355-A, 355-B, 355BK, 355BR, 355-C, 355-D, 355-E, 355-F, 358-A, 358-B, 358-C, 358-D, 358-E.


Motor Specifications: 

  • 5" Diameter 
  • Shaft Diameter is 1/2" x 2 1/2" long 
  • 115 Volts 
  • 2 Wire Hook Up 
  • Single Speed 
  • 1050 RPM 
  • 4.3 amps - Safe Amp Range within which the Motor Can Operate in the Application is 3.3 - 4.75 
  • 1/10th HP 
  • Rotation is Clockwise Viewing Shaft End 
  • Mounts either as a belly band strap around the motor or with 3 studs out of the back of the motor spaced 4" apart triangularly 
  • Replacement for numbers F0516B3235, F0516B2514, 99080267 and 97009317.

    Motor / fan blade is great. Item arrived slightly damaged - result of poor packaging. Motor shaft had pierced the box on one side and the mounting studs had pierced the box on the other side. The fan blades were bent. Packaging was not sufficient to support the weight of the motor in the box. I was able to straighten the fan and the mounting studs are not necessary for my application.

    This is exactly what I needed since it has the option for a bottom mount. The big box stores don't sell. Got both for under $100 and received in less than 24 hours!

    You folks are FANTASTIC!! I needed a replacement attic fan motor with a bottom mount option and since I couldn't get the old blade off, I needed that also. The big box stores don't carry either. You had both and I received them in less that 24 hrs of ordering! I normally don't write reviews but your Superior customer service and product selection deserves a shout out!

    fits just fine for most 5" roof mount attic mounts. the motor is great because it has oil slots in it so you can oil it at times.

    I've only had it installed a short time but it is working well. It installed about as straightforward as you could expect (working overhead in a hot attic). I was glad to get the matching fan blade also, as my old one was bent from an animal trying to get through. (I'll be putting up a cage outside on the roof to prevent that in the future.)
