After taking the time to do research on this part I needed McCombs Supply Co Inc popped as one of the vendors who had it available. I visited their website and of course, like many other customers I also canvassed around to ensure I would be able to purchase at a fair price to include shipping. We had a 45 year old bathroom exhaust fan that was louder than a jet. After looking at the thing as old as dirt, we decide to see if we could replace motor only. To my surprise, one exists. We switched out motors and now it's as quiet as a big mouse. Ordered another one for second bathroom.
