Description:

  • 2 pack of 69317 motors
  • Fits attic fan ventilators.

Specifications:

  • 5" diameter x 2-3/4" thick
  • Shaft diameter is 1/2" x 2 5/8" long
  • 120 volt 2 wire
  • Single speed motor
  • 1100 RPM's
  • 4.3 amps - Safe Amp Range within which the Motor Can Operate in the Application is 3.3 - 4.75
  • 1/10th HP
  • 22" Long Wire Leads
  • Rotation is clockwise viewing shaft end
  • Mounts either as a belly band strap around the motor or with 3 studs out of the back of the motor spaced 4" apart triangularly
  • Be sure to check the fan blade, make sure it is not bent or cracked as a bent/cracked blade will make the motor burn out quickly.
  • Can handle a fan blade that is 12" & 14" in diameter, with 5 paddle 12" or 4 paddle 14".

    I purchased this exact same motor about 3 years ago and it burned out. I expect this replacement to last about 3 years too, so I bought two of them which offers a substantial discount over purchasing just one. That way I am good for 6 years! I plan to install this replacement with wing nuts and lock washers so that it is easy to remove and replace in 3 years. My most positive comment is that MmCombs supply stocks these motors and I have not been able to find them anywhere else! At least I do not have to replace the entire attic fan!! It would be nice if they offered a core fee to return the burned out motors, but if they started to rebuilt these then they would probably only last a year. I plan on putting the burned out one into the recycle bin....
