It worked wonderfully. I know that everything is supposed to work when you order it new, but unfortunately that’s not always the case. It was packaged safely and securely and arrived in a timely manner. For context I just installed the Broan Nutone HVL about two weeks ago and the problem stemmed from 1. The Allen screw didn’t have the fan secured properly that blows across the heating element and 2. The sheet rock man that closed the hole up because the old HVL was much larger, sprayed spackling into the elements causing two factors of failure.
