I have two of a 10year old Broan 50cfm cheap $40 light fan for a small bathroom. Always having moisture problems so I called Broan direct and they had me take apart my unit looking at the model #. Then recommended this exact part for replacement. So I bought one and it made a great difference. Then installed a 2nd. It looks hard to install but actually very easy once you to pry only at the 1 tab side. The 2 tab side just hinges.

I am very pleased with the price and quality of this replacement motor with blower wheel. I was pleasantly surprised at the speedy delivery even though I had selected standard shipping. It made too much noise when I first installed it. After removing it to inspect, I noticed that the blower wheel was tilted a bit to one side. I slightly bent one side of the motor support bracket, reinstalled it, and it runs great now! Thank you McCombs.
